V\u00fccudun ihtiyac\u0131 olan \u015fey uzun ka\u00e7\u0131\u015flar de\u011fil, g\u00fcn boyu d\u00fczenli k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck s\u0131f\u0131rlamalard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">AI destekli ergonomi ve ak\u0131ll\u0131 ofis \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmleri: uyar\u0131 veren sistemler, takip edilen al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ergonomi \u00e7o\u011fu zaman \u201cdo\u011fru sandalyeyi ald\u0131k, bitti\u201d gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Oysa g\u00fcn\u00fcn sonunda a\u011fr\u0131y\u0131 art\u0131ran \u015fey, tek bir yanl\u0131\u015f de\u011fil, <strong>tekrarlanan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck hatalar<\/strong> oluyor. AI destekli ergonomi \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri burada i\u015fe yar\u0131yor: B\u00fcy\u00fck kararlar yerine, g\u00fcn i\u00e7ine yay\u0131lan mikro d\u00fczeltmelerle riski azalt\u0131yor.
