The consumer must fully comply with all obligations imposed on them by the contract in order to benefit from the best possible service quality. <br><\/span><br><span style=\"color: #0c3b5d\"><strong>2.<\/strong> The consumer must make their payment in accordance with the payment plan stipulated in the distance selling contract and within the stipulated time. <br><\/span><br><span style=\"color: #0c3b5d\"><strong>3. The consumer is obliged to inspect the product upon delivery and report any defects without delay. However, opened or used products are not eligible for return. Any damage caused by defects related to transport must be reported at the time of delivery or without delay. <br><\/span><br><span style=\"color: #0c3b5d\"><strong>4.<\/strong> The consumer must fulfil their obligation to report damage and other matters covered by the contract. &gt;ORDER AND SALES TERMS<\/span><\/strong><br><br><span style=\"color: #0c3b5d\"><strong>1.<\/strong> Our company will evaluate orders placed during business hours (10:00-18:00 daily) on the same day. Orders received after 18:00 will be processed during business hours on the following working day. <br><\/span><br><span style=\"color: #0c3b5d\"><strong>2. Orders placed on kuansofis.com will be delivered to the courier within 10 (ten) or 15 (fifteen) business days at the latest. <br><\/span><br><span style=\"color: #0c3b5d\"><strong>3. The Consumer accepts, declares and undertakes that all information provided to our Company regarding the order is accurate and complete, and that they can be contacted via the telephone number and email address specified in the order information when necessary. <br><\/span><br><span style=\"color: #0c3b5d\"><strong>4. Upon successful completion of the order process initiated by the consumer, our Company will send an email message to the email address specified by the consumer, informing them that the order process has been completed. <br><\/span><br><span style=\"color: #0c3b5d\"><strong>5.<\/strong> Our company does not keep stock for the products it sells. It procures products according to customer orders. Products published during the day are removed from sale when the stock quantity is exhausted. However, in cases where products that are out of stock with the supplier cannot be delivered, the relevant department will inform the consumer via email and the amount blocked against the product price will be removed from your credit card. <\/span><br><br><strong><span style=\"color: #0c3b5d\">PAYMENT<\/span><\/strong><br><br><span style=\"color: #0c3b5d\"><strong>1. Payments for orders placed on the website covered by this agreement can be made using Visa, Mastercard, and Diners Club cards issued by Yap\u0131 Kredi Bank. For money transfers and similar purchase methods, the consumer shall contact our Company directly via the order email address. Orders are processed not at the time they are placed, but at the time the amount of the order is blocked from the credit card account or when it is determined that the amount has reached our Company's accounts. <br><\/span><br><span style=\"color: #0c3b5d\"><strong>2.<\/strong> The consumer is obliged to pay the fees required to use the Site and services covered by this agreement and all applicable taxes. <br><\/span><br><span style=\"color: #0c3b5d\"><strong>3.<\/strong> In credit card transactions, information transfer will be provided by our Company via a secure SSL connection. The consumer's credit card payment and authorisation will be provided automatically via the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">SANALPOS<\/span> system. Except in cases of force majeure, the amount collected by our company will not be refunded.<br><\/span><br><span style=\"color: #0c3b5d\"><strong>4.<\/strong> Prices for products on the website covered by the contract include VAT. Delivery costs for products ordered outside Istanbul are borne by the consumer. <br><\/span><br><span style=\"color: #0c3b5d\"><strong>5.<\/strong> If the consumer is a commercial company, an invoice will be issued in accordance with the invoice details provided by the consumer and sent to the ordering company. If the consumer is a natural person, an invoice will be issued and sent to their address. <br><\/span><br><span style=\"color: #0c3b5d\"><strong>6.<\/strong> Our Company's obligation to deliver the consumer's order shall arise upon the successful completion of the payment for the products purchased by the consumer, following the authorisation of the credit card or bank account. <br><\/span><br><span style=\"color: #0c3b5d\"><strong>7. Our Company reserves the right to change its pricing policy at any time, in whole or in part. Changes to the pricing policy shall take effect simultaneously with their publication on the Website. <br><\/span><br><span style=\"color: #0c3b5d\"><strong>8.<\/strong> Our company is not responsible for pricing errors resulting from typesetting and system errors. &gt;PROVISIONS RELATING TO DELIVERY<\/span><\/strong><br><br><span style=\"color: #0c3b5d\"><strong>1.<\/strong> Our Company shall deliver the product to the consumer within a maximum of fifteen days from the moment the consumer's order is received. Our company reserves the right to extend this period by five days, provided that prior notice is given.<br><\/span><br><span style=\"color: #0c3b5d\"><strong>2.<\/strong> Delivery costs for orders are borne by consumers outside Istanbul. The order amount will be charged to the consumer's credit card upon completion of the order. Shipping and delivery costs will be charged to the consumer by the delivery agent upon delivery. <br><\/span><br><span style=\"color: #0c3b5d\"><strong>3. Our company will deliver the product ordered by the consumer within 10-15 business days following the order. <br><\/span><br><span style=\"color: #0c3b5d\"><strong>4. If the consumer is not present at the specified delivery address, the delivery will be made to other persons residing at the address and living in the same residence as the consumer or to the consumer's assistants. <br><\/span><br><span style=\"color: #0c3b5d\"><strong>5.<\/strong> The consumer is obliged to open and inspect packages that they believe have been damaged during shipment in front of a company representative upon delivery and, if the product has any defects, to refuse delivery by having the courier company draw up a report. If the package is not accepted and a report is filed, the situation must be reported to our Company as soon as possible, along with the copy of the report retained by you. Our company will ensure that a new and undamaged delivery is made as soon as possible. Once the package has been accepted by the consumer, the delivery company is deemed to have fulfilled its obligation.<br><\/span><br><span style=\"color: #0c3b5d\"><strong>6.<\/strong> Provided there is a valid reason, our company may, before the expiry of the performance obligation arising from the contract, supply goods or services of equal quality and price to the consumer. Furthermore, if the Company claims that it is impossible to fulfil the goods or services subject to the order and therefore cannot fulfil its obligations under the contract, it shall notify the consumer of this situation before the expiry of the performance obligation arising from the contract and shall refund the price paid and all documents placing the consumer under obligation within 10 days. <br><\/span><br><span style=\"color: #0c3b5d\"><strong>7.<\/strong> If the conditions specified in this contract are not fully met by the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">CONSUMER<\/span>, our Company shall not be responsible for the non-delivery of the products ordered by the consumer. <br><\/span><br><span style=\"color: #0c3b5d\"><strong>8.<\/strong> You must call within 24 hours to cancel your order. &gt;PROVISIONS RELATING TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/span><\/strong><br><br><span style=\"color: #0c3b5d\"><strong>1. The consumer has the right to return the goods within seven days of the date of delivery in distance contracts relating to the sale of goods. Products with opened or damaged packaging, products ordered in a specific colour, or used products are excluded from this rule. <br><\/span><br><span style=\"color: #0c3b5d\"><strong>2. The consumer shall not benefit from the provisions regarding the right of withdrawal specified in the above article in relation to services performed immediately in an electronic environment and goods delivered immediately to the consumer. <br><\/span><br><span style=\"color: #0c3b5d\"><strong>3.<\/strong> If the consumer returns the product or withdraws from the purchase, they must return the product to our Company in full, together with all copies of the invoice. <br><\/span><br><span style=\"color: #0c3b5d\"><strong>4. The cost of the product returned by the consumer will be refunded to the consumer by our Company within 10 days. Our Company is not responsible for any delays in the consumer's bank reflecting the amount in question in the consumer's account.<br><\/span><br><span style=\"color: #0c3b5d\"><strong>5.<\/strong> In cases where the product is returned in accordance with the above conditions, the shipping fee will be paid by the consumer. <br><\/span><br><span style=\"color: #0c3b5d\"><strong>6.<\/strong> Returns of products that have been opened, used, damaged, etc. will not be accepted by our Company. <br><\/span><br><span style=\"color: #0c3b5d\"><strong>7. The consumer is obliged to return the product in the condition in which it was delivered to them and, if it has been used, to compensate for any loss in the commercial value of the goods due to such use. <br><\/span><br><span style=\"color: #0c3b5d\"><strong>8. In cases where the return complies with the return conditions, the shipping cost shall be paid by the customer.
