The repair period shall not exceed 20 working days. This period shall commence from the date of notification of the product malfunction to the service station or, if there is no service station, to the seller, dealer, agent, representative, importer or manufacturer-producer of the product. If the fault cannot be rectified within 10 working days, the manufacturer or importer must provide the consumer with another product of similar characteristics for use until the repair is completed.
