Warranty Conditions

1. The warranty period commences on the date of delivery of the goods and is for a minimum of three years.

2. The entire product, including all its parts, is covered by our company's warranty.

3. If the product malfunctions within the warranty period, the time taken for repair shall be added to the warranty period. The repair period shall not exceed 20 working days. This period shall commence from the date of notification of the product malfunction to the service station or, if there is no service station, to the seller, dealer, agent, representative, importer or manufacturer-producer of the product. If the fault cannot be rectified within 10 working days, the manufacturer or importer must provide the consumer with another product of similar characteristics for use until the repair is completed. (Working Day: Working days excluding national, official and religious holidays, New Year's Day, 1 May and Sundays.)

4. During the warranty period, if the product malfunctions due to material or workmanship defects, or due to installation errors, it will be repaired free of charge, including labour costs, replacement part costs, or any other fees.

5. Despite the consumer exercising their right to repair, the goods;

    * Provided that it remains within the warranty period, from the date of delivery to the consumer, if it malfunctions at least four times within one year or six times within the warranty period specified by the manufacturer and/or importer, and if these malfunctions render the goods unusable on a continuous basis,
    * Exceeding the maximum time required for repair,

Teslimat & İade

4. The consumer must fulfil their obligation to report damage and other matters covered by the contract.

ORDER AND SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Our company will process orders placed during business hours (10:00-18:00 daily) on the same day. Orders received after 18:00 will be processed during business hours on the following working day.

2. Orders placed on kuansofis.com‘ will be delivered to the courier within 10 (ten) or 15 (fifteen) working days at the latest.

3. strong> The Consumer accepts, declares and undertakes that all information provided to our Company regarding the order is correct and complete, and that they can be contacted via the telephone number and email address specified in the order information if necessary.

4. Upon successful completion of the order process initiated by the consumer, our Company will send an email message to the email address specified by the consumer, informing them that the order process has been completed.

5. Our company does not hold stock for the products it sells. Products are supplied according to customer orders. Products published during the day are removed from sale when the stock quantity is exhausted. However, in cases where products that are out of stock with the supplier cannot be delivered, the relevant department will inform the consumer via email and the amount blocked for the product price will be removed from your credit card.

PAYMENT

1. Payments for orders placed on the website covered by this agreement can be made using Visa, Mastercard, and Diners Club cards issued by Yapı Kredi Bank. For money transfers and similar purchase methods, the consumer shall contact our Company directly via the order email address. The time of order processing is not when the order is placed, but when the amount of the order is blocked from the credit card account or when it is determined that the amount has reached our Company's accounts.

2. strong> The Consumer is obliged to pay the fees required to use the Site and services covered by this agreement and all applicable taxes.

3. Information transfer for credit card transactions will be provided by our Company via a secure SSL connection. The consumer's credit card payment and authorisation will be automatically provided via the SANALPOS system. Except in cases of force majeure, the amount collected by our company will not be refunded.

4. The prices of the products on the website covered by the contract include VAT. Delivery costs for products ordered outside of Istanbul are the responsibility of the consumer.

5. strong> If the consumer is a commercial company, an invoice will be issued in accordance with the invoice details provided by the consumer and sent to the ordering company. If the consumer is a natural person, an invoice will be issued and sent to their address.

6. The Company shall be obliged to deliver the consumer's order upon successful completion of the payment for the products purchased by the consumer, following authorisation of the credit card or bank account.

7. strong> Our company reserves the right to change its pricing policy at any time for some or all of the services it offers. Changes to the pricing policy will take effect simultaneously with their publication on the Site.

8. Our Company is not responsible for pricing errors resulting from typesetting or system errors.

PROVISIONS RELATING TO DELIVERY

1. Our company shall deliver the product to the consumer within a maximum of fifteen days from the moment the consumer's order is received. Our company reserves the right to extend this period by an additional five days, provided that prior notice is given. strong> Delivery costs for orders are borne by consumers outside Istanbul. The consumer is obliged to open and inspect packages that they believe have been damaged during shipment in front of a company representative and, if there is any defect in the product, to refuse delivery by having the delivery company draw up a report. If the package is not accepted and a report is drawn up, the situation must be reported to our Company as soon as possible, together with the copy of the report retained by you. Our company will ensure that a new and undamaged delivery is made as soon as possible. Once the package has been accepted by the consumer, the delivery company is deemed to have fulfilled its obligation.

6. strong> Provided there is a valid reason, our Company may supply goods or services of equal quality and price to the consumer before the performance obligation arising from the contract expires. Furthermore, if the Company claims that it is impossible to fulfil the goods or services subject to the order and therefore cannot fulfil its obligations under the contract, it shall notify the consumer of this situation before the performance obligation arising from the contract expires. and shall refund the amount paid and all documents placing the consumer under obligation within 10 days.

PROVISIONS RELATING TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. The consumer has the right to return the goods within seven days of the date of delivery in distance contracts relating to the sale of goods. 8. In cases where the return complies with the return conditions, the shipping cost shall be paid by the customer. Products to be returned must be delivered to our Company by the shipping companies we work with.

9. Products ordered by the customer with a specific colour selection cannot be returned.
